Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP)
Reclaimed from everyday surfaces such as roads and parking lots, RAP gains a second life while saving you time and money. By using RAP, we're reducing the amount of raw material needed for traditional asphalt production and thus our carbon footprint. And by using a Bagela asphalt recycler, we're able to mix new asphalt as needed on the job without petroleum burn-off.
Infrared Asphalt Repair
Potholes are a mess, but you already knew that. Not only do they quickly expand, but they also make any asphalt surface look unkempt. Liberty Sealcoat's infrared asphalt repair service will return a parking lot to usable condition in as little as 20 minutes. Infrared asphalt repair heats the damaged area to 300-350 degrees Fahrenheit before a rejuvenator is added to the broken asphalt. This lets us cut down on the amount of new asphalt used to make the repair. This technique also creates a stronger edge that blocks rain and other moisture from entering, protecting the new patch from damage.
